I just recently purchased a SafeLife alarm system. I was initially concerned about a do it yourself alarm system but Debbie Elliott assured me that the alarm system was top notch and very easy to install.  In my opinioin, she has went well beyond 100% by providing assistance\support to me after hours to get the alarm installed and setup.  This has truly made me a happy customer and I will recommend SafeLife Alarm to family and friends.

I spent months researching alarm systems to replace my aging system and finally chose the Go Control system by 2GIG. I ended up with Safe Life Alarm just because their approach to us "do it yourselfers" was intriguing. (Most companies don't allow DIY control) What I didn't expect was the total commitment they have to their customers. It's so refreshing to deal with a company who truly cares about their customers experience and success with them.

I went to their web site and selected all the sensors, smoke alarms, etc. that I wanted my system to control. I contacted customer service several times and they were able to answer any question I threw at them. (This company actually answers the phone)

After I ordered my system, it was delivered to my door with all the sensors labeled, tested and programmed into the control, ready for installation. You couldn't ask for a more simple system to install. Safe Life even called me during my installation to see how everything was going. It doesn't get any better than that.

After your alarm.com account is set up, you have total control of everything you selected in your system right over the internet with any computer or phone. This system is so intuitive, there is virtually little to no learning curve at all.

I can't say enough about the company's employees and managers, their knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction to the just down to earth, friendly attitude they convey. I'm looking forward to a very long relationship with this company. I would highly recommend Safe Life Alarm, without reservation, for all your alarm needs.

"Working in the security and criminal justice field over the past 15 years has definitely heightened my concerns in regards to my family's safety. So I decided to purchase and install the SafeLife Alarm wireless security system. With the SafeLife Alarm security system, my protection needs are covered and, "with ease".
I purchased the SafeLife Alarm wireless security system because it's easy.  My system was delivered to me programmed and ready to go. The system came fully functional with each wireless station labeled for quick installation to its dedicated location, 2 remotes for distant access and control and the touch screen control panel programmed ready to go.  Installation took me only a few minutes for each desired location. I simply removed the protection label from the backside of each pre-programmed wireless station revealing the sticky tab and quickly securing them in my desired locations. Next, I simply plugged in the control panel which quickly provided me with the desired security all within minutes of delivery. The ease of this system eliminated the frustration and complication of wired systems and costs generated from professional installation.  This system is easy to navigate as the control panel provides me with access to my individual pre-programmed stations, reminders of unsecured stations such as open windows and doors, a backlog history of activity, loud sirens and desired door chimes when my system is breached. The control panel also has provided me with an easy to navigate menu to make any desired changes to each station and allowing me to take charge of my family's safety.
